Planting is a Charity

There is a beautiful Hadith about the topic of planting a tree;

"Planting a tree is (an act of) continuous charity".
[derived from Sahih Muslim]

This Hadith encourages us to plant more trees around us as we know how the ozone layer surrounding earth is being damaged by all the damaging gases including CO2 carbondioxide etc, growing trees can surely help reducing CO2 and exchange it for pure fresh oxygen required for our breathing and living.
 Why removing carbondioxide? CO2 goes up in the ear, the one especially produced by the factories and industries, it has damaging effects on ozone layer which filters the sun rays and removes the damaging effects of sunlight on human skin and our surrounding..
  Due to the continuous damaging of ozone layer the rays are coming on earth's surface unfiltered and have make a remarkable change in climate in some areas. Example can be seen in Karachi city of Pakistan where the highest temperature was noted as 49 degrees, a heat wave was found in this city which caused the death of as many as 1000 people from heat stroke.. not only in Karachi but months ago many people died in India. See the devastating effects of cutting trees? We can make a change for sure.
 
Not does it only help in preventing heatwaves but according to this Hadith (sayings of Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him) it also will be counted as continuous charity (sadqa e jariya) we'll be rewarded till that tree is standing there. More Hadith can be seen regarding this topic as;
